Return Policy


1. Returns:

  • We accept returns within 3 days, The 3 days period begins on the day the product is delivered. Returns are accepted only for damaged items or incorrect orders, provided an unboxing video is submitted. The video must be reviewed and approved by our team. Only upon approval will a return be initiated

2. Initiating a Return:

3. Eligibility:

  • Customers who have ordered the product but dislike it after receiving it are not eligible for a return
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • If it’s damaged, You need to take video while unboxing the package for proof.
  • If you have selected the correct size but received the wrong size, you are eligible for a return. However, if you ordered the same size you received, you are not eligible for a return or exchange the size.

4. Exchange:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your product will be delivered within 7 days

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Refund & Exchange Policy:

  • At SheCreation, we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

    If the product received is damaged, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, the customer can choose another product of the same value from our website.

    In such cases, the product value will be adjusted only as an exchange or store credit. No cash refund or bank refund will be provided.

    Refunds are applicable only if the customer requests order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the cancellation request is approved and the order has not been dispatched, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days.

    After shipping, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned for a cash refund. Only exchange or replacement will be provided in eligible cases.
